Yes — that's ODM. Send a sketch, a sample you already sell, or a description. We develop the pattern and quote it; if something is technically awkward we'll say so rather than quietly approximate it.
It depends on the item, the quantity and whether a physical sample is needed first. We give you a date in the quote and tell you immediately if it slips.
You own your artwork. The digitised embroidery file stays with us so repeat orders skip setup, and it isn't used on anyone else's goods.
